Deciding how to educate your children can be tough. Your children are your most important thing, and how they get educated is going to determine a lot about how successful they are going to be in their lives. If you want your children to be successful and have the best education that you can personally provide them, and you believe that home schooling is the right thing to do, you are going to have to deal with things like a home school inspection.
In some states, a home school inspection is needed before and during the time that you home school your children. You might think that this is a nuisance, because the point of home school is that you can teach your children what you want them to know, and you can teach it your own way. While this is all fine and good, the laws in most states say that you need to have a home school inspection before you can begin to home school your children.
This is because of many reasons. First and foremost, it is a law in our country that all children be educated. Even though you have your children’s best interests at heart, you should know that the point of a home school inspection is simply to make sure that your children are learning what they should be learning. It is not a reason to discriminate against you and it is certainly not meant to make you feel bad about home schooling.
